San Clemente Island of Venice, Italy has been acquired by Permak Group in 2015 for over €150 million. The acquisition marks the largest one-time acquisition made by Turks & UP acted as buy side advisory in the deal.

A palace is located on the 70,000 sqm Island and is currently being operated as a world-class resort with over 150 rooms by Kempinski.
